Policies

Simply Royal Pet Sitting puts the health and well being of our clients' pets and the security of our clients' homes foremost in all that we do. With that in mind, here are a few policies, which must be adhered to:

• Dogs must be current with their vaccinations.
• Dogs must have I.D. tags on their collars.
• Due to sanitary issues and the risk of transporting an infestation to other clients' homes we are unable to provide service to a home that has a flea problem.
• If your pet has a violent disposition or has bitten in the past please inform us.
• We only accept keys and return them in person*, we do not accept or place keys under doormats or in garages, etc…

  *For your future convenience we request that we are allowed to keep your keys for future service. Be assured that keys are kept in a locked key box with a numeric coding system, which identifies your keys. In other words, your name and address is not physically attached to the keys. In the event that you should not wish for us to retain your keys, on your next service call there will be a $10 pick up and a $10 drop off fee.

• Payment from first time clients is required at the time the service agreement is signed. For repeat customers, payment is due upon the first visit unless prior arrangements have been made.
• We do not allow dogs to run free anytime or anywhere, aside from your own fenced and secured yard, as this is an insurance liability issue.
• We accept no responsibility for cats that either have free access to or live outside, once again this is a liability issue.
• We do not provide service to homes that have reptiles as pets, sorry.
• Pet dispositions widely differ when separated from their families and accidents do occur from time to time. For this reason we ask that you make us aware of where your carpet cleaners, cleaning solutions, plastic baggies, shop towels, broom, dustpan, and mop and bucket are kept. We also suggest that you give us cleaning instructions for floors, carpets, and upholstery, just in case a boo-boo should occur.
• We strongly urge early bookings (1 - 2 months in advance) for service during the major holiday periods, as this is our busiest time and our schedule fills quickly.
• There is a $30 NSF check fee. A $25 cancellation fee will be assessed if our services are canceled with less than 48 hours notice prior to the beginning of scheduled service. A $25 fee will be assessed if service is cancelled due to an early return that results in ending our agreed upon service schedule.
• Our regular operating hours are 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM. Services required at other times are subject to an additional $15 fee per occurrence.

Daily Dog Walking

Tailored for those who work during the week and are unable to let their dogs out for potty breaks. We will walk you dog(s) once a day between Noon and 3:00 P.M. We are only able to walk a maximum of two dogs at once.

House Sitting

For households without pets we offer home security and optional plant/garden care visits. Contact us for more information.
