Getting Started

Whether you email or phone us we will need to collect certain information, such as: your name and contact information, the names and type of your pets, the dates you require service, and when we may schedule a free consultation visit in your home.

At the consultation visit we will meet you and your pets, gather pertinent information regarding your pet's health, veterinarian contact information, how we may contact you while you are away, learn about your pet's routine and feeding schedule, discuss home care and security issues, collect a key, review and discuss the service agreement, make payment arrangements, and answer any questions you may have.

Furthermore, when we come to your home on scheduled visits, we will gladly bring in any mail, newspapers, or packages that have accumulated. We will also cycle lighting, radio and television stations and water indoor plants (within a reasonable amount) at no extra charge. An excessive number of plants is $5 extra. In addition, we also offer lawn and garden care/watering for an additional charge, contact us for more information.
